Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing, maintenance, and archiving of federal records and sensitive documentation.
- Conduct routine data entry and analysis to ensure strict compliance with federal standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with federal personnel, stakeholders, and the general public to resolve inquiries and provide information.
- Support the coordination of inter-departmental projects and assist in preparing internal briefings and reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive government information and classified data.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and report discrepancies to senior management immediately.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Required for all federal positions.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; Associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
- Background Check: Must be willing and able to pass a thorough background investigation, drug screen, and credit check.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
