- Conduct preliminary audits of pension plan documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance initiatives
- Stay updated on evolving pension legislation and regulatory changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- U.S. citizenship required for federal position
- Basic knowledge of pension plans and retirement systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
