Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of program data.
- Prepare clear and concise written reports and briefings for agency leadership.
- Update and maintain federal databases with accurate information.
- Coordinate with interagency teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new federal employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
