Responsibilities
- Analyze veteran program data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between federal agencies and community partners
- Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for senior leadership
- Support grant management and compliance for veteran benefit programs
- Develop process optimization strategies for service delivery efficiency
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement program tracking systems
- Conduct stakeholder briefings and present findings to decision-makers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
