Responsibilities
- Analyze program performance data and prepare comprehensive reports for leadership review
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives and communicate with stakeholders across VA departments
- Support grant management processes including documentation and compliance monitoring
- Research policy impacts and recommend operational improvements
- Assist in developing program metrics and evaluation frameworks
- Manage administrative tasks including document preparation and filing systems
- Participate in interagency meetings and represent VA initiatives professionally
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution (any field accepted)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
