Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis of federal program data to identify trends and areas for operational improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, briefings, and memoranda for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist in the development, review, and implementation of new federal policies and standard operating procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure project objectives are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline government workflows and processes.
- Monitor program metrics to ensure compliance with federal regulations and agency goals.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: United States Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Political Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Security: Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a security clearance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
