Responsibilities
- Analyze veteran benefit data and program outcomes to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with local stakeholders to implement federal service initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership review
- Support outreach programs to increase veteran engagement with federal services
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and agency policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
- Track program metrics and recommend process enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
