Responsibilities
- Assist with the processing and filing of federal documents and sensitive records with the highest level of accuracy.
- Perform basic data entry and update digital databases to maintain current information for agency personnel.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
- Support the daily operations of the federal office by managing inventory and office supplies.
- Answer inquiries from the public and provide clear, professional information regarding services.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting materials as directed by supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, security protocols, and agency policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior federal experience is necessary; we value potential and attitude over past history.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions accurately.
