- Office Operations: Manage inventory for office supplies and ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.
- Customer Service: Direct individuals to appropriate resources and resolve basic service-related questions efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide on-the-job training for all selected candidates.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Demonstrated ability to show up on time and adhere to strict government protocols.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background investigation.
