Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of public safety data to support policy decisions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, memos, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct research on current legislative changes affecting state operations.
- Monitor compliance requirements and ensure agency standards are met.
- Communicate findings to the team and assist in the drafting of briefing documents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
