Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and copying.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist the public with basic inquiries regarding agency services.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in both physical and digital formats.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and memos.
- Support higher-level staff with administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
