Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming correspondence, emails, and physical documents with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service to the public and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate digital and hard-copy filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and meeting materials for department heads.
- Verify and process documents for compliance with local, state, and federal government regulations.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized office environment to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
