Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and copying.
- Assist the public with inquiries regarding city services, permits, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in both digital and physical formats.
- Receive and distribute mail and incoming communications.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support department staff with special projects and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of general office or administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
