Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties: including data entry, filing, and answering multi-line telephones in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist the public: Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers, directing them to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Manage correspondence: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and email communications to the correct personnel.
- Prepare documents: Compile reports, memos, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Support office operations: Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in the organization of meeting rooms and event logistics.
- Follow protocols: Adhere to state government policies, confidentiality agreements, and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Some college coursework is a plus but not mandatory.

- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with word processing and data entry software.
