- Customer Assistance: Assist residents and staff with inquiries regarding county programs, policies, and services.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and secure filing systems for physical and digital documents.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree or college coursework in Public Administration or Business preferred.
- Experience: Previous office or customer service experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
