- Public Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service to citizens, answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Administrative Support: Assist senior officials with scheduling, correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Data Entry: Input and update data into government databases with high attention to detail and speed.
- Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to strict government regulations and agency policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: No prior government experience required; we train motivated candidates.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
