Responsibilities
- Process and review pension plan applications and benefit claims for government employees.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members regarding retirement inquiries and plan updates.
- Assist in the maintenance and accuracy of pension records and data entry systems.
- Conduct research on government regulations to ensure compliance with state pension laws.
- Collaborate with senior administrators to develop training materials for new hires.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and government regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and obtain a government security clearance.
