Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on the progress of federal programs, ensuring alignment with agency objectives and compliance requirements.
- Analyze contract performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed briefings and documentation for senior leadership and government stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure strict adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and internal quality assurance standards.
- Conduct research on policy changes and industry best practices to advise the team.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (required for federal roles).
- 3+ years of experience in program analysis, contract administration, or government consulting.
- Associate's degree in a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of federal budgeting processes and reporting requirements.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences.
