- Collaborate with senior staff to ensure smooth operations within the benefits department.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Public Administration, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data entry.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
