Responsibilities
- Assist in administrative operations and record management for city departments
- Provide responsive customer service to residents via phone, email, and in-person
- Support data collection, reporting, and compliance documentation

- Process permits, licenses, and public service requests accurately
- Participate in interdepartmental meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate/bachelor's preferred)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
