Responsibilities
- Process pension contributions, distributions, and eligibility verifications with 100% accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical participant records in compliance with ERISA and state regulations
- Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations
- Assist in quarterly audits and annual reporting for $4.2B pension fund
- Collaborate with HR departments on employee onboarding and benefit transitions
- Support implementation of new pension legislation and policy updates
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to streamline administrative workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
