Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, and Ohio Revised Code regulations
- Respond to member inquiries regarding retirement benefits and plan provisions
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for fund oversight committees
- Coordinate with payroll and HR departments for accurate data reconciliation
- Assist in annual audits and benefit statement distributions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in pension administration or benefits management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of retirement plan structures preferred
- U.S. citizenship and Ohio residency required
