- Collaborate with finance teams on quarterly reporting and audits
- Support outreach initiatives to educate new hires about retirement benefits
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of retirement plan structures and terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
