Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementation of city initiatives
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local reporting requirements
- Support grant application processes and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in policy analysis or government operations
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and community groups
- Knowledge of Kansas state and local government structures
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
