Responsibilities
- Research and analyze state/federal healthcare policies and regulations
- Prepare concise policy briefs and legislative summaries
- Coordinate cross-departmental stakeholder meetings
- Track and report on program performance metrics
- Support grant application processes and compliance
- Assist in drafting public-facing communications
- Participate in interagency task force initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare, Social Sciences, or related field
- 0-2 years of policy/research experience (internships accepted)
- Strong analytical and writing abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams
- Basic knowledge of Massachusetts state government structure
- Valid driver's license (occasional travel required)
