Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming correspondence, ensuring timely responses and proper filing of federal records.
- Assist senior staff in preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings for federal personnel and visiting officials.
- Maintain accurate databases and track project milestones using federal compliance software.
- Conduct basic research to support policy initiatives and program evaluations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, vendors, and the public.
- Support the onboarding process for new federal hires and interns.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for most federal positions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to federal regulations.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Background check and security clearance may be required.
