Responsibilities
- Assist in crafting press releases and public communications for state programs
- Monitor media coverage and compile stakeholder feedback reports
- Support community outreach events and public information campaigns
- Maintain agency social media channels and digital content

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience in public relations or government
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse team environments
- Basic knowledge of public sector communication protocols
- Valid Washington State driver's license (may be required)
