Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, and physical records.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a strict focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist the public and internal staff with inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- File and maintain departmental archives and ensure records are easily retrievable.
- Prepare statistical data and compile reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support senior management with meeting preparation and general administrative support.
- Operate standard office equipment, including scanners and fax machines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30 WPM minimum).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (may be required for occasional travel).
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug screening.
