Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, verification, and entry of complex government data into digital systems.
- Respond to inquiries from the public and internal stakeholders via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems in compliance with state regulations.
- Conduct research on specific policy areas to support senior staff in decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development workshops to enhance technical and administrative skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in data and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for government security clearance.
