Responsibilities
- Assist in the intake and processing of incoming documents and applications.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for both digital and hard copy records.
- Greet visitors and direct inquiries to the appropriate department staff members.
- Perform general data entry and update database information as required.
- Answer incoming phone calls and take detailed messages or route calls appropriately.
- Support senior staff with administrative tasks and special projects.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy (proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Valid California Driverβs License (preferred).
