Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate filing systems for government documents and sensitive records.
- Perform high-volume data entry and processing of information with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist the public with inquiries regarding state services, eligibility, and procedures.
- Prepare, compile, and distribute routine correspondence and statistical reports.
- Utilize office software and database systems to update and track departmental metrics.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

- Willingness to obtain any required security clearances or certifications.
