Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and input public health data into secure government databases.
- Assist senior analysts in identifying trends and generating weekly reports.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify data requirements.
- Perform quality assurance checks on data entry tasks to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Support special projects as assigned by the Data Management Division.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s degree in Business or Public Administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
