- Process and review applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records using digital filing systems.
- Perform data entry tasks and basic office administration duties.

- Respond to phone and email communications in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
