Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, verification, and accurate entry of data into state databases and records management systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens by answering inquiries and resolving administrative issues.
- Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, memos, and various official documents.
- Conduct research to support ongoing government programs and policy initiatives.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all state privacy and security regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office workflows and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field is a plus.
