Responsibilities
- Assist the public with inquiries regarding state services and procedures.
- Process and review incoming applications, documents, and correspondence.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized filing systems.
- Support administrative functions for department staff and elected officials.
- Conduct basic research to support ongoing government projects.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
