Role Overview
In this entry-level role, you will be the first point of contact for the department, handling essential administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. You will assist in processing documents, maintaining records, and supporting staff with daily inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Process and review incoming applications, forms, and correspondence for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage and update digital databases and filing systems to ensure confidential information is organized and accessible.
- Assist the public and internal staff by answering phone inquiries and directing messages to the appropriate departments.
- Prepare, format, and distribute memos, reports, and internal communications using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Monitor supply inventory and assist in ordering office materials to maintain a productive work environment.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by team leaders.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (required for some state locations).
