Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate court records, case files, and legal documents in compliance with state regulations
- Process filings, subpoenas, and court orders with precision and timeliness
- Provide exceptional customer service to attorneys, litigants, and court personnel
- Schedule hearings, trials, and court proceedings efficiently
- Manage jury selection processes and juror communications
- Prepare and distribute official court notices and correspondence
- Utilize case management software and Microsoft Office Suite daily
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of court clerk or legal administrative experience
- Proficiency in legal terminology and court procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with case management systems (e.g., Odyssey, CMS)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
