Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to federal program managers and senior leadership.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems in strict compliance with federal record-keeping standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Assist with the preparation of procurement packages, expense reports, and budget tracking documentation.
- Track project milestones and prepare weekly status updates for leadership review.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within a government or federal contracting environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to regulatory compliance standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to undergo a background check and security clearance.
