Responsibilities
- Manage official correspondence, reports, and confidential documents with strict compliance to federal protocols
- Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leadership
- Process personnel actions, timekeeping, and leave requests using federal systems (e.g., HR Connect)
- Maintain digital and physical records with meticulous attention to FOIA and privacy regulations
- Provide frontline customer service to internal staff and external stakeholders
- Assist with budget tracking and procurement documentation
- Support cross-departmental initiatives as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal document management systems
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR) preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency highly desirable
