Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume of incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail for federal leadership.
- Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring all compliance documentation is in order.
- Maintain and organize confidential federal records, ensuring strict adherence to FOIA and privacy regulations.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, briefing materials, and legislative updates.
- Assist with timekeeping, payroll reporting, and expense reimbursement processes for the federal team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one) is required.
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within a government, legal, or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and federal case management software.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations, compliance standards, and office protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
