Responsibilities
- Oversee Office Operations: Direct the daily workflow and administrative processes of the regional office to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Correspondence Management: Draft, review, and edit high-level correspondence, reports, and briefing materials for senior leadership.
- Records & Information Management: Maintain accurate, secure, and organized filing systems in strict compliance with federal record-keeping standards.
- Travel & Logistics Coordination: Plan and execute complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including scheduling, visas, and accommodations.
- Policy Compliance: Interpret and apply federal regulations and agency policies to ensure all administrative activities are compliant.
- Program Support: Assist in the planning and execution of agency events, meetings, and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: At least 3 years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
- Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-7 level.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and electronic document management systems.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
- Integrity: Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and high ethical standards.
