Responsibilities
- Manage and process veteran benefit applications with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate with multiple federal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain confidential records in compliance with federal regulations
- Respond to inquiries from veterans and stakeholders via phone/email
- Prepare detailed reports and correspondence for senior leadership
- Support outreach programs to connect veterans with available resources
- Assist in onboarding new team members with federal protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in federal/government setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
