Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit claims with 99.8% accuracy
- Manage confidential veteran records using VA systems
- Coordinate multi-agency communications and documentation
- Conduct eligibility verifications and benefit calculations
- Support outreach programs for underserved veteran communities
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations (VA, OPM, HIPAA)
- Train new staff on VA protocols and software systems
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and VA systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
