Responsibilities
- Manage federal document processing, records management, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and executive calendar management
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior leadership
- Oversee procurement processes and budget tracking within federal guidelines
- Support HR functions including onboarding, training coordination, and personnel files
- Implement and maintain agency administrative systems and databases

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience in federal/government sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Active federal security clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Expert knowledge of federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, GSA guidelines)
