Responsibilities
- Manage official correspondence, records, and documentation using federal compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, travel arrangements, and executive calendars
- Process personnel actions, timecards, and administrative forms through VA systems
- Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership review
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholder communications
- Implement and maintain office efficiency protocols and records management systems
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (federal position mandate)
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and federal record-keeping systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with VA-specific software (preferred) or comparable federal platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
