- Prepare official correspondence and reports using GPO formatting standards
- Oversee budget tracking and procurement compliance in FPDS-NG
- Support FOIA requests and litigation documentation preparation
- Train staff on federal compliance protocols and record retention
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in SF-50, HRIS, and GSA systems
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills with SharePoint
- FOIA and Privacy Act compliance expertise
- US citizenship required
