Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain confidential veteran records with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for veteran outreach programs
- Process administrative forms (e.g., VA-10, SF-50) per federal guidelines
- Generate performance reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist in onboarding new administrative staff
- Communicate with veterans and stakeholders via phone/email
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and federal privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of administrative experience in federal/government setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship required
- Experience with VA systems preferred
