Responsibilities
- Manage official documentation, records retention, and FOIA compliance protocols
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and executive scheduling
- Process travel authorizations, procurements, and budgetary tracking using FedMall systems
- Support grant administration and reporting for federal programs
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for administrative deliverables
- Train staff on GSA policies and procedural updates
- Prepare congressional correspondence and briefing materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative or government support experience
- Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and FedCenter platforms
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Expertise in federal procurement regulations (FAR) and travel policies
- Exceptional written communication and report drafting skills
- US citizenship required
