Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate federal records and documentation systems
- Provide administrative support to department heads and veteran service coordinators
- Process and track veteran benefit applications with precision
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communications across departments
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and VA policies
- Support outreach initiatives for veteran community engagement
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and record-keeping systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of federal procurement procedures preferred
- Associate's degree or relevant certification required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience with veteran service programs highly desirable
