Responsibilities
- Manage federal document processing, filing, and record-keeping systems
- Coordinate scheduling, correspondence, and logistics for department leadership
- Process travel authorizations, vouchers, and expense reports following federal guidelines
- Support HR functions including onboarding, background checks, and personnel files
- Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office tools
- Ensure compliance with FOIA, Privacy Act, and other federal regulations
- Act as primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external agencies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of federal procurement, travel, and HR procedures
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field preferred
